Navigation problems

The descending navigation menu may not work for people using some browsers that do not follow the CSS Web standards, for example Opera 7.03 and Internet Explorer with Javascript disabled. It may also cause problems for some browsers that use adaptive technology, for example JAWS or IBM HomePage Reader.

We are aware of this problem but cannot think of a simple solution - if you can then please let us know.

In the meantime please access the descending menu by selecting the main links at the top of the page - "About the Group" and so on - which will then bring up a page with links to the pages accessible via the descending menus. Many thanks.

We are aware that certain pages - notably the Factsheets pages - may take some time to load due to their length, particularly on slower Internet connections. We ask for patience - it is worth it in the end, honest!
